Cancelation Policy

Members, 

Wildflower Tennis will fully enforce its cancellation policy as it pertains to adult tennis programming. Wildflower Tennis membership and participation is at an all time high and providing opportunity in a timely manner for our members is a priority. 

The following pertains to all tennis drills, clinics, events, both paid and complimentary. 

 

If participants do not cancel within 24 Hours, they will be charged cancellation fee. If you are cancelling for an emergency, please contact our Tennis Department Head Jeff Contreras 254-493-0217 to avoid fees. Cancellation must be done online through "Your Courts".

Cancellation Fee : Group Tennis : $35

Cancellation Fee: Private Lesson : Cost of Lesson 

 

Participants will not be charge in the event of bad weather. 

Participants will be charged if they cancel the day of the event, drill, etc. 

Participants will be charged if they "No Show"

 

Members,

 

Charges will be placed on your account. If Members are "Flat Rating" they will still be subject to the cancellation fee.

Guests (Non-Members) - Charges will be placed on your debit/credit card that we will have on file.

Guest Policy

Members Bringing Guests For Casual Play

Wildflower members may bring guests for casual play. All members are required to fill out the Member Guest Form when they arrive to the courts. A guest fee of $15 will be issued per guest to the member account. The guest is allowed 6 passes per year. This is both for tennis and pickleball.

Members Bringing Guests For Group Drills, Clinics, Events

Wildflower members may bring guests to participate in club activities as long as the activity has the option for guest participation. All members are required to let the Tennis Director know prior to the event for record. A guest fee of $15 will be issued to the member account in addition to the event fee. The guest is allowed 6 passes per year.
