Hey everyone! I hope you all are excited for our small UTR event tomorrow morning. Since this is a first for some of the players, I have type out some general information regarding our tournament. I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
Parents, below you will find some general information regarding tournament draws, start times and other things to know.
Tournament Draws
Draws have been published and can be viewed on the UTR website. You can use the link below see them.
Divisions
There will be 2 divisions for this tournament. You will be able to see both divisions and figure which one your kids are in.
Start Times
All start times can be found on the draws.
Additional Information
Check In
All players must check in at least 30 min before their match begins. Players that are late to their match start times will start 0-2 in both sets.
Dress Warm
Parents, it will be very cold tomorrow morning. Make sure and dress warm.
Water
Make sure and bring your own water bottle.
Watching Matches
No one is allowed to be on court while the players are competing. Everyone must watch from outside of the court.
Help With Matches
If players are needed help with tie breaks or general rules of the game, they may consult with one of the Tournament Directors - Jeff Contreras or Kory Putman.
Coaching
Coaching will NOT be allowed in this tournament.
