Welcome to the much-anticipated 2023 Belton Chamber Pickleball Tournament at Wildflower Country Club! We are incredibly excited to host you and want to ensure you have all the necessary information to make your experience enjoyable, regardless of what Mother Nature has in store for us.
Weather Update and Plan of Action:
We are well aware of the rainy forecast, but our spirits remain high, and preparations are in full swing! Our dedicated team will be on-site bright and early to assess the conditions and make an official call by 7:30 am. Rest assured, everyone will receive a text message updating them on the tournament's status.
Slightly Damp Courts: If the courts are only slightly wet, we are prepared to push back the start time by an hour or so, giving us the opportunity to enjoy some quality playtime.
Significantly Wet Courts: In the unfortunate event that the courts are too soaked, and drying them would take considerable time, we may have to call off the tournament.
In Case of Cancellation:
We understand the disappointment cancellations can bring. If we are forced to cancel, participants will have the option to request a refund. However, please keep in mind that this tournament is a fundraiser, with proceeds going towards local educational scholarships for children. Any support you can continue to provide would be greatly appreciated.
Tournament Schedule (Weather Permitting):
Doubles (Men’s and Women’s): Starting at 9:00 am, concluding around 11:30 am.
Mixed Doubles: Kick-off at 12:00 pm, wrapping up between 2:00 - 2:30 pm.
All participants will be engaged in a round-robin bracket, ensuring plenty of games and fun for everyone.
Each division will have a slightly different format. All draws and formats will be ready to go tomorrow morning for everyone to see.
Beyond the Tournament:
Once your round-robin games are complete, we encourage you to stay, mingle, and enjoy open play, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. Remember, breakfast, lunch, kegs of beer, and margaritas are all provided for players.

Hey Pickleball enthusiasts! Are you ready to up your game while doing good? We're thrilled to announce the most anticipated event of the year: the Pickleball Fundraising Tournament in association with the Belton Chamber of Commerce, hosted by Wildflower Country Club!
Why You Should Play 🏓
1. It's for a Great Cause: This isn't just another tournament; it's a fundraiser that supports the local community through the Belton Chamber of Commerce. Your participation makes a difference!
2. Tons of Games: This is a Round Robin event, meaning you're guaranteed a high volume of games. Perfect for mastering that spin serve you've been working on!
3. All Skill Levels Welcome: We've kept it simple with Beginner/Novice and Intermediate/Advanced divisions. No formal ratings here, just a day full of competitive, yet super fun games.
4. Breakfast, Lunch, and Drinks are On Us: We kick off with a hearty breakfast between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and follow it up with a scrumptious lunch at 11:30 AM. And yes, drinks are included!
The Nitty-Gritty 🗒️
Men's, Women's Doubles, and Juniors: The action begins at 9:00 AM and wraps up around 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
Mixed Doubles: Get your game face on by 12:00 PM; we'll be winding up by approximately - 2:00-2:30 PM.
Awards 🏆
We'll be honoring the teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in their divisions. Who doesn't love some hardware to show off?
